We have a recognized footprint in the market, working across some of the largest law firms in the U.S. Our clients are sophisticated with specialized sector-based and multijurisdictional needs: we act for >45% of the S&P/TSX 60, and we regularly advise 10 of North America’s largest pension funds (by assets) on their investment activities in the United States and globally.
