Overview

Our team has extensive experience helping clients manage all manner of crises, and is regularly involved in regulatory investigations and litigation that follow such incidents. When crisis hits, we are available to immediately assist in containment and investigation of the event. We provide guidance on obligations to notify insurers and counterparties of the incident and help avoid delays that could put insurance coverage or business relationships at risk.

We also advise on legislative obligations to report the incident to regulators and on the legal and reputational risks associated with notifying customers and employees. We work across a wide range of fields, including employment, privacy, cybersecurity, financial services, securities, competition and environmental matters.
