Christopher's practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in complex commercial cases, including in the areas of contract, securities fraud, bankruptcy, antitrust and intellectual property. Chris has appeared at the trial and appellate levels of numerous federal and state courts, in arbitration, and in agency proceedings.

In addition, Chris’s practice encompasses white collar defense and internal investigations.

Chris also provides U.S. regulatory transactional advice in respect of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, economic and trade sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and foreign investment review.

Professional Involvement

Before joining Torys, Chris was a litigation associate at a large New York law firm. He clerked for the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In law school, Chris was an editor for The George Washington Law Review. Prior to law school, Chris was an aerospace engineer.
