Employment and Pensions Litigation
Our multijurisdictional litigation capabilities and years of advisory experience help employers address complex disputes while mitigating future organizational risk.

Overview

We bring deep experience to our work for clients—we have acted on the highest number of employment class actions that have taken place in Canada in the last decade—and a long track record before the courts in employment-related litigation. Our litigators are also experienced in pension disputes, including disputes related to plan administration and plan windup.

We are sought after because we work as true partners to our clients with the mindset that litigation is only one part of the story. Alongside our dispute resolution work, we simultaneously look to mitigate future litigation risk, including through employment audits and proactive investigations, advising on policy standards, ensuring compliance with various industry, legislative and regulatory obligations, and other “risk-proofing” measures.
