Women in the Workplace: An IWD conversation with McKinsey’s Jill Zucker
In recognition of International Women’s Day, we are excited to welcome the managing partner of McKinsey New York, Jill Zucker, to share insights from McKinsey’s sixth annual Women in the Workplace report.
Jill will lead us through the findings of the 2020 report, including an overview of the broad shifts in women’s representation over the past six years—as well as how COVID-19 could disrupt those trends going forward, as many women, including mothers, are being forced to consider downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce altogether. Jill will also explore how business leaders and their organizations are addressing core challenges women are facing during this pandemic.
