Krista is the Co-Head of the Infrastructure and Energy Practice. With significant expertise in infrastructure and energy M&A and project development, both in Canada and internationally, she is widely recognized as a leading lawyer in these areas. Krista was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she taught on energy and natural resources law. She also speaks frequently at M&A, infrastructure and energy conferences. Krista is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Krista was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she taught on energy and natural resources law. Krista is also a past executive member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Energy section.
Krista serves as a director and Vice-Chair of The York School, a Canadian Accredited Independent School (CAIS), located in Toronto. She also serves as a director of Rainbow Railroad, an organization dedicated to assisting LGBTQI refugees seeking a safe haven in order to escape violence or persecution in their home countries.
