Gander - Grand Falls-Windsor Long-Term Care Facilities
Torys is acting as counsel to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and Western Regional Health Authority as the public authorities for the Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Long Term Care Homes PPP project to design, build finance and maintain two new 60-bed long term facilities in Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland.
Both the Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor facilities will provide 60 long-term care beds, with the Gander facility designed and constructed with the potential for future expansion of roughly 100 additional beds.
