Lakeshore East – Central Corridor Expansion
Torys acted as counsel to Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx as the public authorities for the Lakeshore East Central Corridor Expansion PPP project to build and finance upgrades in support of the planned expansion of GO Transit's rail service on the Lakeshore East line.

The project will feature
- two grade separations at Scarborough Golf Club Road and Morningside Avenue
- approximately 3.4 km of track and grading work from Galloway Road to Beechgrove Drive
- all supporting infrastructure including retaining walls along the central segment of the Lakeshore East Corridor
