Cristina has a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice, with an emphasis on civil and commercial litigation, including in the context of class action defence. She has been involved in a wide range of matters, including in matters relating to consumer complaints, contractual disputes, civil liability, securities as well as restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Cristina’s practice also focuses on privacy and data protection related matters, and she advises clients on data breach preparedness and response.
Cristina is fluent in French, English, Romanian and Russian.
Cristina is a member of the Board of Directors of the Centre d'appui aux communautés immigrantes (CACI), a not-for-profit organization founded on April 23, 1993, with a mission to support newly arrived immigrants in their settlement process and integration into the host society.
During law school, Cristina completed a clerkship with the Superior Court of Québec.
Cristina is continuing her education at Université de Montréal, pursuing a Master’s in Business Law.
