In his class actions practice, Alec has experience in multi-jurisdictional claims across various industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods.

Alec has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench.
