Partners Sylvie Rodrigue and Sarah Whitmore will speak at the 15th Annual Class Actions Colloquium hosted by the Ontario Bar Association on December 1 in Toronto. The full-day program will highlight developments in competition law, Charter class actions, and multi-jurisdictional cases.
Sylvie along with other panelists will speak on “The Latest Multi-Jurisdictional Issues” at 10:20 a.m. The panel will discuss the latest trends, with specific focus on Ontario, Québec, and British Columbia.
Sarah will moderate the “Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)” session at 1:50 p.m. In this session, the panel will discuss issues faced by plaintiffs and defendants relating to ESG, lessons and upcoming trends in litigation in the United States and exploring the litigation outlook in Canada.
