For another consecutive year, the firm’s Fund Formation and Investments practice has earned a Band 2 ranking in Investment Funds: Investor Representation. This continued recognition reflects the team’s established position among leading firms in the space and underscores Torys’ comprehensive cross-border counsel in fund formation and investment activities.
In addition, partner and co-head of Torys’ Private Equity Funds practice Amy Johnson-Spina has advanced to Band 1 in the USA nationwide rankings, placing her among the top practitioners in her field. Partner Max Shakin has also moved up in the rankings to Band 4 in Investment Funds: Investor Representation.
