Advancing women’s mental health in the legal profession

In an article in the Law360 Pulse Expert Analysis series, managing partner of the firm’s Montréal office and head of Torys’ national Class Action practice Sylvie Rodrigue, Ad. E. reflects on her career and explores how authenticity, systemic support, and cultural change are essential to women’s mental health and long-term success in the legal profession.
