Torys team part of award-winning Newark airport project

Torys was involved in a significant project that was named P3 Deal of the Year for the Americas by Project Finance International (PFI).

The Torys team—which included Tara Mackay, Josh Van Deurzen, Huw Evans, Simon Williams and Marshall Rossiter—represented Fengate as an equity provider to Conrac Solutions, who designed, built, financed, and will operate and maintain a new 3,000 vehicle, multi-level garage complex and consolidated rental car facility at Newark Liberty International Airport.
