Josh’s practice focuses on large-scale infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on public-private partnership and alternative financing and procurement transactions. Josh represents government authorities, developers, construction contractors, service providers, lenders and underwriters on all aspects of infrastructure development and financing transactions in both Canada and the United States.
