Brookfield Infrastructure completes C$150 million bought deal offering of preferred units

On August 27, 2026, Brookfield Infrastructure L.P. (“Brookfield Infrastructure”), a subsidiary of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., completed its previously announced bought deal public offering of 6,000,000 5.75% cumulative minimum rate reset Class A preferred limited partnership units, Series 19. The issuance included 2,000,000 preferred units issued pursuant to the exercise, in full, of the underwriters’ option granted by Brookfield Infrastructure to the underwriters in the offering.

The preferred units were offered by a syndicate of underwriters led by Scotiabank, BMO Capital Markets, CIBC Capital Markets, National Bank of Canada Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities Inc. The preferred units were issued at a price of C$25.00 per unit, for gross proceeds of C$150,000,000.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used by Brookfield Infrastructure for general corporate purposes.
