Conestogo Wind Energy Centre
Located in Wellington County, Conestogo is comprised of 9 Siemens SWT-2.3 turbines and 1 SWT-2.221 turbine, and is capable of generating enough electricity to power approximately 7,500 homes in Ontario.
Development on the project began in 2006 and it achieved commercial operation in December 2012.

The project is now owned by joint venture partners Cordelio Power (51%) and Axium Infrastructure (49%) and operated by NextEra Energy Canadian Operating Services, Inc.
