Jordan’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has been involved in a wide range of M&A transactions and corporate finance transactions. Jordan provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law obligations.

Prior to joining Torys, Jordan was corporate counsel at Spartan Bioscience Inc., where he focused on corporate and financing matters.
While in law school, Jordan co-founded a charity hockey game that has raised over $40,000 since its inauguration for Do it For Daron at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Foundation. Since then, Jordan has served as an executive member and secretary on the Royal Ottawa Young Professionals Network.
