Natasha’s litigation practice focuses on investor-state arbitration, international and domestic commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, and major projects involving Indigenous rights and consultation.
She has experience in arbitrations under various bilateral and multilateral treaties and procedural rules, including the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Natasha is also regularly involved in set aside and enforcement proceedings before the Canadian courts.
Natasha has represented clients at both the lower court and appellate level in Ontario, Alberta and New Brunswick.
