Glen’s practice includes securities regulation and corporate finance matters, with a focus on domestic and cross-border securities offerings. He has been involved in a wide range of public equity and debt offerings, private placements and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on structured products. He also advises Canadian issuers and securities industry participants on various regulatory compliance matters, including listings, governance and disclosure issues and regulation of market participants in Canada.

Glen has been an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Law School from 2007 to 2012, teaching the upper year securities regulation course.
He has also spoken on securities regulatory issues at a number of conferences.
Glen serves as the Director and Chair on the Leadership and Governance Committee of the AIDS Committee of Toronto.

Glen is on the Securities Law Subcommittee of the Ontario Bar Association and he is a past member of the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission.
