Scott’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on private fund formation and investment in private equity funds, venture capital and related corporate transactions. Scott has experience representing fund sponsors on the fund formation and capital raising process, as well as public pension plans and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds.
