Brianna’s practice focuses on banking and debt finance. Brianna represents banks, private lenders, borrowers, sponsors and equity investors on complex domestic, cross-border and international transactions, including the financing of renewable energy projects.

Professional Involvement
Brianna has volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
During law school, Brianna worked as volunteer at the Halifax Refugee Clinic tutoring English.
