
William’s practice focuses on fund formation and private fund transactions across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt. He advises institutional investors (including pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, and funds-of-funds) and fund managers regarding primary investments, secondary transactions, co-investments, and direct investments. William’s possesses significant transactional experience gained as in-house counsel at a global private markets firm, giving him a keen inside understanding of clients’ legal needs.
Before joining the firm, William worked as senior legal counsel at StepStone Group LP.
