Anthony’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and private fund formation.

Anthony has acted for a number of institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds, including CPP Investments and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Anthony has also worked with Imperial Capital, Sagard Capital Partners and Peloton Capital Management to establish and raise capital for their private investment funds.
