IADC 2026 Annual Meeting

Partner and co-chair of Torys’ Product Liability practice Grant Worden will speak at the International Association of Defence Counsel (IADC) 2026 Annual Meeting taking place July 4-9 in Prague, Czechia. The meeting will bring together legal and business professionals to explore current issues in litigation, insurance, corporate counsel and dispute resolution.

Grant will speak on the panel “Our Town Sues: Municipalities and States in Mass Tort Litigation” at 7:30 a.m. on July 8. The panel will examine state and local government litigation, highlighting significant recent cases and their impact, while exploring effective strategies for both in-house and external counsel responding to claims brought by government entities.
