Grant Worden is counsel in Torys’ Litigation Practice. His civil litigation practice is broad, with an emphasis on class actions, product liability, procurement disputes, administrative law and intellectual property disputes. A significant portion of Grant’s practice involves representing life sciences clients in complex product liability and commercial proceedings. Grant acts as both trial and appellate counsel, and has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court and courts in Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Québec.

Grant also represents renewable energy developers in REA appeal hearings relating to large-scale wind projects before the Ontario Environmental Review Tribunal.
