IPIC Patent and Trademark Case Law Review Series

Partner Nicole Mantini will speak at the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) Patent and Trademark Case Law Review Series taking place throughout March and April. The 15-session program will explore leading court decisions that have shaped core patent and trademark law principles in Canada, offering a review of the key cases that established the foundations of these legal areas.

Nicole will speak on the session “Anticipation” on March 12.
