Senior associate Benjamin Mann will speak at the 2025 International Fiscal Association (IFA) Canada International Tax Conference taking place May 27-28 in Toronto. The conference will explore international tax issues impacted by cross-border transactions.
Benjamin will speak on the panel “Current Topics in Cross-Border M&A” on May 28 at 9:00 a.m. The panel will examine current cross-border M&A challenges faced by international tax practitioners, including strategies for managing tariff concerns, M&A cross-border butterfly items, and due diligence of EIFEL.
