Commonwealth Law Conference 2025

Partner Grant Worden will speak at the 24th Commonwealth Law Conference 2025 taking place April 6-10 in Malta. The conference will welcome legal professionals from Commonwealth nations to discuss relevant topics in the field, connect with others, and exchange best practices and innovations with peers and specialists. The program will focus on human rights, the rule of law, corporate and commercial, the judiciary and current issues of interest.

Grant will chair the panel “Class Actions within the Commonwealth. Safety in numbers?” on April 10 at 1:30 p.m. This panel will explore class action difficulties faced in Commonwealth countries, emphasizing the possibility of amending laws, implementing procedural guidelines and training judges to address these issues.
