New York-based partner Darien Leung will speak at the 2023 ILPA Private Equity Legal Conference.
The conference will see private equity professionals get together to discuss the latest trends and topics in the industry.
Darien will speak at 11:00 a.m. on September 27 on the “Leverage and Finance” session, which will take a deep-dive into a review of the fund finance space, as well as a look at topics such as current market environment, uses of facilities, impacts on risk, leverage, and liquidity.
