This program will take a deep-dive into the challenges presented by closely-held companies. It will share insightful information on best practices for dispute resolution among shareholders and how to achieve the best results for clients in this area.
Linda will speak at 10:55 a.m. on the “Claims and Interim Remedies” panel. This session will look at assessing claims and remedies, assessing reasonable expectations, and managing interim relief, among other topics.
