This three-part series will examine common pitfalls to avoid in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and ways that employers can mitigate legal risks

The legal landscape

This series kicks-off with our employment and litigation lawyers covering the latest in the legal landscape with respect to DEI. The session will touch on topics like legal issues in hiring, promotion and retention practices; common pitfalls to avoid in investigating workplace discrimination and harassment claims; and the rise of class proceedings by employees and other stakeholders seeking redress against company’s alleged systemic failings relating to their DEI disclosure, obligations and commitments.
