Streaming comes of age

Partner and head of the firm's Mining and Metals Practice Mike Pickersgill has authored "Streaming comes of age," an article for Mining Journal discussing how streaming transactions "are increasingly being used by companies of varying sizes and stages of development as a vital source of capital" in the mining and metals sector. With over a dozen sizeable streaming transactions totalling over US $4.5 billion in aggregate funds, Mike suggests that steaming will "continue to evolve in various forms to meet the needs of both operators/developers and stream financing providers."
