Danielle is an experienced corporate lawyer whose practice is focused on private equity. She co-heads the firm’s GP Advisory practice, and has deep knowledge and experience working with both emerging and established private equity sponsors on their structure, governance, carry and other economic arrangements. She has also represented sponsor clients on a number of GP seeding and GP staking transactions. Danielle is often called on to advise non-private equity clients on analogous arrangements (including synthetic carried interest structures and employee investment programs).
In addition to her GP advisory practice, Danielle routinely advises targets and acquirers on their M&A transactions, which experience spans domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and majority and minority investments.
