Partner Tom Yeo will speak at the 19th Annual Conference on Crown Corporate Governance taking place between January 30 – 31.
The conference will look at some of the governance challenges facing crown corporations and will assist them with developing approaches to address impeding challenges in a post-pandemic world.
Tom will speak on January 31 at 10:30 a.m. on the “Re-Assessing the Arms-Length Relationship between Crown Corporations and their Ministries” panel. In this session, Tom and his fellow panelists will look at why the relationship between Crown Corporations and their respective ministries are typically at arms-length, and share some strategies to find balance, integrate communication and develop relationships with the other party.
