The Eight-Minute Environmental Lawyer 2023

Sarah Whitmore will speak at the Law Society of Ontario's program on October 4 titled ”The Eight-Minute Environmental Lawyer 2023”.

This program looks at how environmental law has continues to develop and change in recent years and will touch on topics such as the excess soil regime, emerging contaminants (PFAS), and privilege.

Sarah will speak on “Best practices for preserving legal privilege—part 1” at 9:05 a.m.
