The art of settlement

Torys Litigation practice chair Linda Plumpton will speak at The Advocates' Society's “The art of settlement” program on May 26.

This program will help litigators understand how to settle their cases out of court and manage the process effectively. Linda will speak on the “Fireside chat: the role of ADR in successful settlements” panel at 1:50 p.m.
