OBA program: Top Appeals of 2021

Partner Sarah Whitmore will co-chair an Ontario Bar Association Civil Litigation program on April 26 that will discuss the top appeals from the Courts in 2021.

The program will share various points of view and provide attendees unique insights into some of the Court’s top decisions and their impact.

Partner Yael Bienenstock will also speak on the Contract Law Developments panel.
