Bruce Power completes C$750 million issue of senior unsecured notes
The notes were issued through a syndicate of agents co-led by Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc., and which included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and BNP Paribas (Canada) Securities Inc.
Bruce Power is Canada's first private nuclear generator, providing 30% of Ontario's power.
