100% of the electrical output generated by the wind farm's 91 Siemens SWT-2.3-101 turbines is sold to Independent Electricity System under a 20-year power purchase agreement.On October 24, 2014, SP Armow Wind Ontario, a limited partnership between Samsung Renewable Energy Inc. and Pattern Energy Group LP, completed its C$580 million financing to develop the Armow Wind Power Project (Armow), a 180 megawatt (MW) wind power project located in the Township of Kincardine, Ontario.
The financing was secured through a 10-bank syndicate led by Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and was structured as a construction and term loan financing.
