East Durham Wind Energy Centre
Torys acted as counsel to NextEra Energy Canada in the development and construction of its 23 MW East Durham Wind Energy Centre in West Grey County, Ontario, including the renewable energy approval (REA) application, the related permitting and approval processes, as well as land and municipal road approvals.
The wind farm consists of 14 GE Energy 1.7-100 turbines.
