OPP Modernization
Torys acted as counsel to Forum Equity Partners as a shortlisted proponent for the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Modernization PPP project to design, build, finance and maintain 18 new police facilities in 16 communities across Ontario.
The project included the construction of new detachments, regional headquarters and forensic identification units, featuring up-to-date amenities to better support the demands of modern police operations and meet the needs of the community
