Max is co-head of the Torys' Funds group, representing pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, and other sophisticated institutional investors in connection with their investments in commingled private funds, funds-of-one, separately managed accounts, and other bespoke arrangements, as well as their participation in co-investment transactions. He has experience across a variety of strategies and sectors, including buyout, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit and secondaries funds, as well as hedge funds and funds-of-funds.
