Caroline’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
During law school, Caroline worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant. She also served as a McGill Transformative Business Law Summer Academy Fellow, President of the Queen’s Chapter of the Black Law Students’ Association and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Prior to law school Caroline worked as a Program Consultant with the Treasury Board Secretariat of the Ontario Public Service.
