Geoff's practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on private equity and fund formation. Geoff has experience representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity, venture capital and co-investment transactions.

Geoff has acted for a number of institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds, including: BMO, CPP Investments, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, Northleaf Capital Partners, HarbourVest Partners, BDC, EDC and Teralys. Geoff has also worked with Northleaf Capital Partners to establish and raise capital for their private equity infrastructure funds.
