17th Annual Class Actions Colloquium

Partner and Torys’ litigation practice group leader Sarah Whitmore will speak at the 17th Annual Class Actions Colloquium taking place on November 25 in Toronto. The conference will explore emerging issues in class actions, discuss critical insights, and provide practical guidance in navigating issues.

Sarah will speak on the panel “What’s Next in Class Actions? New Developments and Hot Topics” at 1:15 p.m. The panel will examine recent trends, legislative developments, and judicial decisions shaping the future of class actions in Ontario and across Canada.
