Ontario Bar Association: Employment Law Class Actions

Litigation Partner Sarah Whitmore will chair the Ontario Bar Association’s (OBA) Labour and Employment Law, and Class Actions section program on February 16. Senior Associate Irfan Kara will also present at this webinar.

This session will investigate questions for lawyers practicing in these areas and learn about current issues on misclassification and to hear more about the development of class action cases relating to EDI policies and employer hiring practices.
