Litigation partner Nicole Mantini will speak at the 10th Annual Summit for Women Leaders in Life Sciences Law, hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI), which will take place on July 26 and 27. The two-day summit will bring together executives and attorneys from the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device businesses to network and learn.
Nicole along with other panelists will speak on “Life Sciences Around the Globe: Exploring Key International Developments Impacting the Global Life Sciences Stage” at 9:45 a.m. on July 27. The session will address current developments and future forecasts for the life sciences stage, including analyzing the proposed reforms to the European Union’s general pharmaceutical legislation, implications of the newly commenced Unified Patent Court and Unitary Patent in Europe and other topics.
