Linda Plumpton will speak at the American Bar Association's 2023 International Law Section's Annual Conference, happening in New York City between May 2 and May 4.
This conference will explore what lawyers can do to help strengthen civility and collaboration in our communities and bridge some of the differences to help bring people back together.
Linda will speak at 11:00 a.m. on May 2 on the “Deferred Prosecution Agreements and How Much Do They Shield Corporations and Executives from Litigation and Arbitration?” panel. This session will discuss the differences of the Deferred Prosecution Agreements in the U.S., the United Kingdom, France and Canada and discuss areas for protentional improvement.
