2022 ILPA Private Equity Legal Conference

New York partner Darien Leung will speak at the 2022 ILPA Private Equity Legal Conference, happening in-person in Washington D.C from October 12 – 13.

Dairen will speak on October 13 at 11:00 a.m. on the panel “Agility in Dealing with NAV Facilities: Risks and Mitigants in a Fast-Moving Market”. The session will discuss trends, developments and market standards in NAV facilities and how they have changed, including changes in recent terms and structures, among other topics.
